Cedar Hill Healthcare Center offers evidence-based therapy programs to help maximize the quality of life and functional mobility of patients and residents regardless of their level of care through our therapy partner, Reliant Rehabilitation.

For short-term patients, our therapy team works towards the goal of full restoration of lost function and at all levels, our therapy services use a proven program to help ensure all patients receive consistent, high-quality, customized care. Our therapy team conducts a thorough evaluation of all patients and residents to develop a plan of care based on their clinical presentation to help a person adapt, compensate, or fully restore lost functionality.
